Wow, most useless crypting "service" ever. No one needs an Eagle Spy server crypted. Just create an exclusion on your computer.

Oh, I mean, it's one Google search away. You don't need to unlock the attachment with the link. You would definitely be getting the short end if the crypter works. Plus, this is cracked malware.
