Yeah nearly none of it makes sense
They can't be seized because they aren't part of the DNS , no registrar to compel = no way to seize the domain
you can only seize/exploit the servers they are on or exploit the site in some way

I think the group is to loose , some have been doxed but i don't think it has anything to do with the feds
