BTC Lottery - Solo Miners - Braco22 - Oct 29, 2025

Hello,

As the title says, is anyone of you running any solo miners? I've acquired 4 miners just recently, they go for around $400 and they have around 4.8TH/s up to 5TH/s of hash power while only consuming 80 to 120 watts of electricity. They are super light and the hash rate they provide is enough to hit a solo block, if the luck smiles your way.

I will be putting all 4 of them to work once they arrive, on 4 different addresses. Who knows, one morning I might be surprised.

Surely the latest lottery winner in the U.S. didn't think that he'd be a millionaire but sh1t happens, so why not? 3.2 BTC reward is juicy.

It will take an estimated 900-4000 years depending on who you believe from the various solo mining estimate calculators & AI answers.

But you have the right idea - lottery
could take 1 day, could take 2, could take 3, could take 6000 days

I also think if you haven't mined much then it's a good idea to learn more about how to optimize a miner, sync your node, etc

Much better odds than the actual lottery. I was thinking about getting one or two to just shoot my shot.

Call me crazy but if you take down the power grid of an area with a lot of BTC mining farms then it increases your odds. Might be worth looking into? Lol.

Yeah, I know it will take a gazillion years to mine something if it's in a regular pool. This is just like a lottery.

makes sense, you're probably better off doing this than buying an actual lottery ticket.

That's a decent site to buy a solo miner. It's maybe not a bad idea to have one running, help secure the network and all.

Gonna be a good laugh when he comes back in a few months with a crazy story about scoring 2 in a day & then buys more hardware to start a mining operation just in time for a full 2026-27 bullrun

manifest reality

It's REALLY fu*king addictive... I'm really thinking about making a 10-15 miner farm with custom case with good cooling so that I can ramp up them to 6TH/s, because they can take that if the heat is mitigated properly.

You should look to see if anyone will pay for mining setup services either in your area locally or online. You can maybe make some $ helping people who don't as a way to earn cash alongside your actual mining op

Or even create your own pool so you get a % no matter who mines

You post an entire thread promoting their service yet you're too unfamiliar with them to know you don't need an account to do swaps or how their rates work?
