You might be able to if you know the username and a large list like rockyou and others - like Admin:*guess* or root:*guess* But... leave peoples accounts alone bro.

Agreed, OP should do what they need to do with their own accounts for marketing, social, etc
No need to hack normal citizens in bulk when you can run bots, and easier than ever with LLMs for chat responses in realtime w/ people on socials
