Memecoins Are Dead (Again). Is It Time to Admit They Were Just Noise? - falkengra - Nov 15, 2025 The Memecoin Meltdown: Hype vs. Reality 🤡 It's November 2025. Another cycle has passed. The hype around Memecoins is gone, replaced by heavy losses and fading social volume. We saw explosive gains on $DOGE, $SHIB, and the newer tokens, but the inevitable crash has returned. Is the Memecoin era officially over, or are these cycles just the natural, chaotic pulse of crypto? Vote below: 👻 R.I.P. MEMECOINS, or 🔄 PUMP IS COMING BACK? RE: Memecoins Are Dead (Again). Is It Time to Admit They Were Just Noise? - jaytench - Nov 17, 2025 Who thought memecoins were anything other than noise lol RE: Memecoins Are Dead (Again). Is It Time to Admit They Were Just Noise? - Hackers - Nov 17, 2025 I don't think we can say the cycle is over considering we're still so far in the green for most bitcoin buyers/holders. This is a small dip, but can't really say the bullrun is over based on TA. We'd need to revisit that 30-60K area again to really call it done, and even then, hard to say without a lot of time passing. I'm not afraid of a 60k bitcoin, I'm excited by it. Gotta correct sometime, but anything over 60K is a positive trend line going back to 2017 and before The meme coins are in disarray for sure though, but that's to be expected. They're always going to crash harder than BTC, whether it's a bear market or bull run, they always overreact. This gives a bigger upside & bigger downside Anyways, not a fan of meme coins, i don't buy into them. I have in the past, like i made money with DOGE, SHIBA, etc, but I avoid these types of schemes. I made good money though... It's just not worth the risk to me. Alt coins are better than meme coins but suffer from similar problems - gamblers, paper hands, and weak fundamentals that can't survive a bitcoin crash. |
