Do any of you write down your thoughts/ideas/plans in a text editor (either electronic or paper)? What do you write down, what kind of thoughts, and how often? Let's talk about this.

I write down interesting ideas and thoughts on my notes app. Been doing this for a 3-4 years now so I have plethora of ideas of all sorts.
Once or twice a month. I'll write about my life in general and how I feel. Sort of like therapy. Sometimes on computer, sometimes on paper.
