Daily Quote #014 — The Fire of Vision

Why it matters
Big ideas need believers, not permission.

Try today
Protect one bold idea, even if no one else understands it yet.

My bold idea that would change the world: Abolish time zones entirely. Everyone operates on one global clock and we all just deal with eating breakfast at 11pm

At first they tell you, you are crazy. Then when they see the result, you become genius to them.

Idk about that, but I would be down to start with daylight savings. This dark at 4:45PM shit is for the birds.

This seems like UTC with extra steps, I fucking hate UTC.
I hate DST as well.

Then again, I could probably rattle off a list longer of things I hate then things I like, so maybe don't take that too seriously.

I prefer changing the world the old fashion way, by betting a good version of myself for those around me, if I can change their outlook on the world for even a fraction of a second, I've made their world a better place.

I like this a lot. I had to go back and see it again. Thank you for reminding me.
