look at the source code for the site, take note of plugins and versions. search for exploits i.e "wordpress 6.9.2 CVE exploit"
go from there

So I managed to run dirsearchmaster and it found a lot of small files, but I could only download 6, most of them empty and robots.txt says a wordpress access denied type of error.
Maybe someone could help me out?

find the author of the website, research him and find a way to contact him then send him a message asking for access to the blog, maybe he will give it to you who knows.

The blog is only accessible via the admin or through a direct login link because its all locked down.
sher.butter.wordpress.com is the site.
