Look, i know SHODAN and others popular webs but my question is about the physical hardware, if you look tron legacy, when he enters onto the ENCOM Tower, he shows up a laser and point it at the camera, then the camera stop working temporarily, it can be real?
The other question is about, if a CCTV system it has wifi on it, can be jammed? and if can be jammed it has a memory card, it stops recording?

What I can tell you is that lasers damage camera sensors (don't destroy private property).
CCTV is completely incompatible with WiFi. They are totally different technologies. You also cannot record CCTV to a memory card without a digital encoder.
