Looking for senior full-stack engineer / technical co-founder (Next.js, backend) - Valkorn147 - Jan 5, 2026

Hi everyone,

I’m building a large-scale platform.

This is not a small MVP or a landing page project.
It’s a serious multi-sided platform connecting individuals, freelancers,
companies and job seekers with real users already waiting. Similar to Upwork,Linkdln,Fiverr but different

What already exists:
- ±200 fully designed Figma screens (UX/UI mostly finished)
- A community of ~50,000 real users (Belgium / NL)
- Clear product vision and roadmap
- Server infrastructure ready (self-hosted)

What does NOT exist yet:
- Production frontend
- Backend & system architecture
- A strong technical owner to help build this properly

Tech direction (open for discussion):
- Frontend: Next.js (App Router)
- Backend: open (Node / Nest / Rust / etc.)
- Auth, roles, dashboards, chat, subscriptions (later phases)
- Clean architecture, scalability, long-term thinking

Who I’m looking for:
- Very experienced full-stack developer
- Someone who understands architecture and trade-offs
- Comfortable translating large Figma projects into production code
- Someone who wants ownership, not just tickets

Important — please read carefully:
This is an early-stage project.
There is no immediate full cash compensation at the start.

I’m explicitly looking for someone who is open to:
- Working without direct upfront payment (initial phase)
- Stepping in as technical co-founder / co-owner
- Equity or revenue-share based compensation
- Building long-term value instead of short-term freelancing

This is NOT for:
- Beginners
- Agencies
- People looking for quick paid gigs

This IS for:
- Someone who wants to help build a large platform from the ground up
- Someone who believes in ownership and long-term upside
- Someone who wants real technical influence and decision power

If this resonates, please send:
- A short intro (real experience, not a generic CV)
- Products you’ve built end-to-end
- How you would approach architecture & first milestones

No agencies.
No copy-paste replies.

Thanks.
