you dont buy list, you find them on shodan and other IoT search engine, scrap the list and make the nuclai config to get them ;) There was a private exploit of x86 to sell from mirai crew a couple weeks ago for like 200-300$ with 250k-350l device/350 Gbit/s output but its sold now.
