All countries are supported but some caller IDs are not supported in some specific countries, i do provide vouch copy if you would like to test route and the countries you want to call. At the moment, i don't provide sms service. Failure rate is almsot none except if the caller ID is not supported.

My review:
I purchased the trial, and I must say it's a very good service and easy to set up and use. Everything is automated and details are generated immediately. My only issue is the price tiers, there isn't a plan for the casual user, like myself. Unless you need high volume number switches, it's hard to justify the price tag. Even a one day trial is $25.
Moving forward, I'm like to see a plan catered to those who are the casual user and have less outgoing volume each month. I think I'd even spend more on the minutes, it that's what needed. Overall, it's worth a try if you're in the market for something like this. I would recommend!
