Do you mean that you don't want Google's CV to know that you're wearing a Gucci vest?
You kinda don't. You would blur obviously identifable things that Google can understand is an object, like a cup, you make it blurred so it isn't easy to tell what it is, add a human face, they don't like searching that, though Pimeyes have no problems
AFAIK no social media scanner face search exists.

If you're asking how to take an image from an online source and make it so that a reverse image search doesn't find it, you have to modify it.
