I have an already made tool for this it uses most SMS API and the email bomber has the recent kimsuky url masking method I can implement that in the SMS bomber if you would like that.

For unlimited sms you can check twillo ots like 50-60 a year unlimited send and api. Otherwise epictool have one working with smtp affordable and have smtp checker 8ncluded but no html template for mail... he have a mail bomber too.
