Hello,
I have some info about person and would like to find real name of that person (and hopefully FB account or something)
I have:
First name
civil picture
email (probably not person "official")
IP adress
District where he lives.
Any tips how to try to find with this information?

What country is it? You said "district", which isn't helpful.
I'm sure plenty of members here can give you some advice. If someone offers to do it for money, make sure to use HF Contract and potentially a middleman. Scammers are very much attracted to posts like yours.

Its in Czech republic. District has around 100k people.
