Remote Work, Office Life, or Self-Employed | Which One Suits You Best? - R5N3T - Feb 7, 2026
The way we work has changed a lot. Some people love working remotely for flexibility, others prefer office life for structure and social interaction, while some choose to be self-employed for freedom and control. Each option has its own pros and cons.
Which one fits your personality and lifestyle the most, and why? Have you tried more than one? Let’s talk about real experiences, not just the highlights.

A bit of everything. Mix and match. Thats the most ideal way for me. Otherwise I'd probably get bored with too much of the same thing.

That makes sense. Mixing things up keeps it interesting and prevents things from feeling repetitive.
By the way, you won a lot today. Congrats, mate 😁

Hybrid for me, I'm mostly WFH but i don't mind going to the office once a week. It's helpful to stay in touch and to be able to quickly ask people for help or their advice.

Hybrid sounds ideal, flexible but still connected

Yes, reselling does count as being self-employed because you manage your own business. You handle sourcing products, pricing, marketing, and sales independently, which fits the definition of self-employment
