Next time please use a middleman service, this prevents you from getting scammed.
Also, cad-syak has another open dispute which you can see in his profile stats.

I agree with the post above you should always use a middleman service to prevent these things from happening. This might be an expensive lesson that you have to learn when dealing with strangers online.
