Its always good to practice gratitude. Helps you keep a positive outlook and can improve mental health.
It can be anything big or small! I'll do two for examples.
Something big I am thankful for is that I get to work my dream job. Sometimes its frustrating and stressful but I have to remember that I worked hard to get here and its a wonderful job.
Something small I am thankful for is that I get to work from home. I really slept poorly last night and being to stay in bed a bit longer was super helpful!😴

I can finish my work from my boss and go home without any worries, to meet and have a meal with my wife and kids at home

For my Living parents and siblings that I could talk and they are in good shape also !

I'm grateful for video games! Especially Fortnite. I don't have much family and what family I do have we spend most of our quality time playing Fortnite while on the phone.

I try to always be grateful and aware that I’m alive. I thank Almighty God for that. Maybe my outlook is more spiritual — that’s just how I see it. I’m grateful for the good things as well as the “bad” ones; I don’t hold on to just one side. From mistakes, pain, and adversity you learn so much. Despite health and financial problems, I believe it’s important to give thanks — to be grateful for wonderful people, and even to be grateful for meeting those who aren’t very empathetic or kind hahaha.
I’m grateful for my family. Even though I don’t see them much and I don’t have the best relationship with them, I still try to achieve something so I can give them a good life.

I am thankful because I am breathing. My family, my two cats, and I are living comfortably with full stomachs. When I think about the families and hungry children in Palestine who have lost their homes, I am very grateful for my situation.

From my perspective, I woke up being pissed off and unthankful to be alive, I 100% admit this, somedays I wouldn't mind being here due to pain and sickness. I now feel a bit better and thankful I have a family that helps me.
