If You Could Redo One Decision in Your Past, What Would It Be? - R5N3T - Feb 26, 2026 I am a genie who grants you the chance to redo one decision from your past. ![]() Everyone has a moment in their life when they think, “If only I had chosen differently back then…” Whether it’s about education, career, relationships, or a small decision that turned out to have a big impact.
If you were given the chance to redo only one decision in your past without changing anything else, which decision would you change, and why? RE: If You Could Redo One Decision in Your Past, What Would It Be? - IRLCash - Feb 26, 2026 I'd choose who my circles of friends are more carefully because you become the average of the 5 closet people you spend the most time with. Awesome, bro! Because if we choose the wrong friends, we can be influenced positively or negatively by that friendship. It’s good that if we have good friends, we’ll likely become good too. Something like that, I guess. RE: If You Could Redo One Decision in Your Past, What Would It Be? - RangoWorld - Feb 26, 2026 Nothing yet. I have no big regrets in life yet. There are things that I'd like to have done better. Things that perhaps my family could've don differently for me as a Child. But I'm not a child anymore. I have control over my own decisions now and those decisions were not up to me. I always have and always will try to live the life, the way I want it to be. I have no shame in admitting either that I have made many decisions that didn't turned out as I expected. But I have no regrets over them. I knew fully well what I was getting into. RE: If You Could Redo One Decision in Your Past, What Would It Be? - RiveR29 - Feb 26, 2026 I would never ever take debt. I was out of a job in my early 20's and I found out about these things called "easy loans". I would get 500€ and I would have to pay it back 100€ each month. But being out of a job meant that I had to take another 500€ to pay off the earlier. And that is the way my debt cycle began. i am out of it now but damn did I have to pay back. In the end I had around 4000€ in needless debt. RE: If You Could Redo One Decision in Your Past, What Would It Be? - Au Jus Demon - Feb 26, 2026 I would probably go back and continue my education right after high school, instead of letting a lot of it fade over the years. It would have been easier to build on it while everything was still fresh in my mind. That was a valuable experience, and in the end you realized that loans can be dangerous RE: If You Could Redo One Decision in Your Past, What Would It Be? - JoshAllen - Feb 28, 2026 Taking life more seriously and thinking about my future more. Investing is key. Good, focusing on the future is indeed a wise step RE: If You Could Redo One Decision in Your Past, What Would It Be? - Μinimalist - Feb 28, 2026 I remember when Bitcoin first started and I was doing Graphic Designs, and my clients wanted to pay me in Bitcoin (like $10–$20 per coin), but I didn’t want it because I didn’t know what it was and preferred PayPal cause I was student and I wanted "real cash/money" to pay my bills). If I could go back, I would take it I’d probably be a millionaire now. I regret it like every f day.
