Any space/environment you become a part of, is for a reason. A successful and thriving space is one with efficient rules to ensure the sustainability of that environment and make sure everything flows effectively within, leading to successful "transactions" whether it's based on projects, jobs or knowledge. Similarly, that's the concept that applies here on HF.

Even if it may feel "too much" to take all at once if you're new here, kindly understand that this is to ensure the sustainability of the HF community and make sure things are in place. HF wouldn't be where it is today without these rules and guidelines that set things in place for everyone here.
