I have a HTB(Hack The Box) challenge I need to crack the password and username, but I tried a lot but it is not working.

You're still being very uncooperative. You appear to not know enough to even get help, a clear sign that you're in over your head. Have you tried searching the web for 'hydra' and whatever you're trying to crack? Have you tried hydra-gtk? It should be easier for someone who doesn't know the command-line. Did you think to give details beyond "not working?"
