saying saitama wins is basically just saying "my guy has infinite stats" which isnt really a debate lol. if we're doing full power then composite superman or some cosmic horror entity from marvel/dc would probably diff him since they actually have defined feats beyond just being a gag character
do you want an actual matchup or just the meme answer? cuz if it's serious then saitama loses to anyone with reality warping or hax that ignores durability
