Ban Ewhoring Ebooks & Marketplace Activity - Hackers - Mar 13, 2026

I would like to suggest that we ban ewhore activity on the forums. I think it deters certain people from the site, and it could be illegal in some areas, and is unethical because by the very nature of the scheme... it's a method to scam people. AI generated deepfakes and identity theft are also a very real concern and govs will likely continue to crackdown on that.

Under existing rules, perhaps ewhoring is already banned if it's considered to be a form of identity & financial fraud. The legal definitions for fraud would most likely treat ewhoring as fraud because it involves asking for money under a false identity, to deliver something that's not truly real.

Ewhoring is dying slowly already as it is due to AI now. It's a grey area with me. I don't see it being banned though.

Omniscient already changed the forum name to Adult Content Management.

I think AI adult content could be interesting, but would like to see the sale of adult content as a banned marketplace topic in the future. Let people figure out how far they can push AI, but without it being a whole section designed for tricking guys, monetizing fake profiles, and selling ebooks about it all - imho.

I'm not against porn or AI nudity, I just don't think ewhoring / adult content management is a respectable way to make money.

I'm pretty sure hacking would be against some religions as well, I propose we ban that too.

And when someone pretends to be a hacker and sells a fake hack, we call that a scam.
I'm going to remove the religious comment though. In hindsight, it probably doesn't matter for that aspect.

Idk, What if the hacker sells a real hack? Do we also propose a ban?

While I get your point with the thread, I feel like it's a slippery slope. Server stress testing was allowed for a long time, even though we all knew it wasn't testing shit, it was just people knocking off sites and random kids on Xbox Live and PSN. Omni only made the change when idiots drew too much law enforcement attention. Same for quite a bit of things here. RATs are sold, as well as crypters, and yes they're technically not illegal because they have legitimate uses by all means, but let's be honest, no one here is buying a RAT and crypting their shit to actually remote admin anything they're supposed to be touching. Yet they're still allowed, why? It's a hacking forum. Same goes for a lot of the streaming service accounts here, you think all of that is actually obtained legitimately? 99% of it isn't. I could go on and on, but realistically if you're wanting the site to be wholesome, Omni should just wipe the server and retire.

Edit: Would also like to add, while I've never participated in E-whoring myself, is it really scamming? You're selling pics of some naked chick. They're getting what they pay for, and no one here is being scammed, random people online are. Onlyfans girls literally breathe down your neck lying about how they want your dick, yet do you ever truly get to give it? No, yet that's somehow only frowned upon if it's something you disagree with as a subject i.e. Porn in general.

Yeah its absolutely scamming, they're men pretending to be woman theyre not while social engineering money out of people while also selling nudes of unsuspecting people without their consent or knowledge. It's pretty pathetic really and is totally a form of scamming, and its weird for a man to be sitting behind a computer pretending to be a woman and flirting with other men and sexting them all day. They need to just come out the closet and start selling their own nudes to other men lol...

Depends what the hack is, Ransomware? Yes. Hacks involving Scada? Yes...

Yeah they're on par with Scam call centers scamming people who are naive and not computer savvy of their money, I see them more pathetic on one hand flirting with dudes and getting dick pics all day but feel worse for the elderly getting scam calls and loosing their savings. My ex wifes Grandma almost lost her entire life savings (having started poor with absolutely nothing) but she got the routing number off by a number and was saved by a family member the following day. She ended up building 2 beach homes for her daughter and son right on the beach to secure the funds for future generations.

That's my point though. Where do you draw the line? Selling the streaming accounts sold here is straight up stealing peoples account info, selling it onto others without their knowledge or consent. RATs are sold as well as installs for said RATs, for people to steal bandwidth, crypto, processing power, files (including nudes) as well as looking at webcams connected to their devices all without their knowledge.

Also, to add, literally the service someone paid me Bytes to advertise in my sig could be considered scamming. They have someone inside Meta making cash with them off of unbanning these accounts. What if they actually truly deserved said ban and actually truly hurt/upset real people in receiving said ban? Is that not scamming Meta by selling unban services? You're taking money to do things explicitly banned in their TOS.

Eh I get where you're coming and dont take place in any marketplaces but E-Whoring is just on a whole other level and serves no other purpose besides scamming unaware men by flirting with them as a woman and sending nude/getting dick pics >.>

There's definitely legitimate accounts being sold and red team purposes for tools here with pentesters and people in IT/CyberSec, I've sold my steam account and IGI when I quit gaming and reselling is popular too, but I getcha we know thats not the sole case >.< I support the banning of the E-Whore category in many ways though and it attracts the worse people into the community.

Adult content management however is a valid and profitable industry working with OF girls and similar that need people to manage socials/webpages/content editing and uploads etc

People sell whitehat streaming & AI & other accounts all the time though, so you can't say it's always like that. RATs are just remote access tools which can be whitehat too, such as for employee monitoring. Accepting bytes for signature space is user generated content and there are plenty of whitehat advertisements bought for in that system.

You have brought up some bad faith arguments. You are saying that sometimes other things are bad, so we should allow ewhoring - which is always bad.

Unlike account sales, unlike remote access tools, and unlike signature space rentals, e-whoring is always based on the premise of scamming someone else. The other topics you brought up are not always like that. They are not equivalent and this makes your point near irrelevant in my opinion.

But thank you also for sharing your opinion. Technically you made the case that other topics on HF are only partially disturbed by bad activity, whereas e-whoring as a concept is solely based on it. You won't find a whitehat e-whore for example, but you can find a whitehat signature advertising a whitehat RAT or whitehat account sales.

What was your old username? I have you on ignore

I agree with this entirely. Get rid of EW and OF management and all related.
