They stopped the purecrypter sale actually. If you don't need auto check and auto upload I know 2 tool with lifetime option and allowing to change the keys used. One is cheap and probably have a high detection ratio but the other one is badass with icon import, select the stub, select encryption key and work with almost anything. They also have dropper, binder and other tools ;) . Depend what u gonna crypt, what rate you want and etc..

I have coded a Crypter. It converts exe to .bat -- but is FUD, and uniquely generated each time.
