Uncensored models are great, I don't use gemma like you asked, but I've been experimenting with Dolphin models, like Dolphin Qwen, I saw really good results with a 3b model, as well as their 8b model.
The models seem to just keep getting better, I wouldn't say they're good for any sort of swe, but background reasoning, shit that doesn't need a ton of context? They're great.
