How to make money with AI? - Mons - Apr 26, 2026
I'm not a vibe coder, I work as a Freelance Data & AI Engineer for a big company and also have a second client in government/university sector.
But freelancing is kind of glorified employment, even though the pay is better.
However, I'm quite ambitious and driven and I feel like because of my background I'm well positioned to start an AI business.
This is what I have:
- Relevant AI & Data skills
- Capital
- Time
I had a couple of ideas such as agentic AI, AI infrastructure (for a niche structure) etc.
Anyone has ideas or suggestions or experience? I'm based in Belgium, West-Europe btw.

ask yourself what AI can do that will replace some of your tasks and scale it to clientel.
be creative, do something that others aren't and solve a problem people didn't think they had.

I will be personally using AI to create video content and try to grow some TikTok and Ig pages and hope to gain a decent traffic and monetise it :)

Are you looking into creating content for your own (dropshipping) stores or just general pages which you will monetise via partnerships with companies?

2nd as I’m not selling anything rn.
Later on I got plans for dropshipping business with gaming niche and I will do some AI content for it, but first I need to gather some capital so I hope option 1 work out.

I'm using AI to help clients with there CI/CD process custom linters, automated code review, automate documentation.
The real money from what I have seen is getting clients data in the best format for AI to interact with it. Think RAG vs MCP.
