WireGuard using UDP is entirely irrelevant. Every website uses TCP. You can access those, cant'cha? The idea of needing a VPN that uses TCP to encapsulate TCP traffic is nonsense. I have had no problem with using ShockVPN and Pulsar.

If you want to spin up a Docker host, I would be happy to send you a compose file for Overlord and WireGuard.

The port was open i checked it but i didn't get any connections.

I found a method to bypass windows defender and i am working on smart screen, for smart screen people are working on ev signatures but i am pretty süre i will find a method for smart screen also without ev signature. İf you want i can share my method with you for Windows defender if you need it.
