Hey!
Recently lost my main account that was opened in like 2018, haven't used HF in a bit and lost my 2FA.
Upgraded to L33T during the promo, but didn't receive I think it was 3000 bytes if you upgraded to perm? Did anyone else experience this?

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, that would be why. The bonus bytes are only provided if you pay with crypto.

Thanks everyone for the help and the bytes, really appreciate it! I’ll gather what I can from the old email and try the Omni recovery route. Has anyone else gone through that process—any tips on what info they asked for that speeds things up?

There used to be a page for account recovery, but it looks like it has been replaced with this:

Just reach out to Omni about it - if you have access to your original email, maybe a receipt of the original upgrade, etc. he might be able to work something out if your previous account didn't do anything sketchy.
