Licensed PI Seeking Cutting-Edge OSINT Suggestions - Syclopz - May 16, 2026 Hello everyone, My name is Michael LoMonaco. I am a licensed private investigator and Director of Client Services with a national investigations firm specializing in workers’ compensation, SIU, fraud detection, background research, and claims investigations. I am currently exploring ways to strengthen our OSINT capabilities in a fully lawful, ethical, and compliance-focused manner. My goal is to better identify investigative leads, improve case triage, support due diligence, and help focus field resources more effectively. I would appreciate any insight from this community regarding cutting-edge OSINT tools, workflows, data sources, or methodologies that are proving effective in today’s environment. I am especially interested in solutions involving: Public records enrichment Business intelligence and corporate linkage research Social media and digital footprint analysis Location intelligence used strictly as lead-generation Link analysis and entity resolution Surface, deep, and dark web monitoring Automation or AI-assisted OSINT workflows Best practices for documentation, validation, and evidentiary separation To be clear, I am not looking for anything intrusive, unauthorized, or outside legal and ethical boundaries. I am interested in professional-grade tools and responsible methodologies that can help investigators produce more accurate, defensible, and actionable intelligence. I would welcome any recommendations on vendors, platforms, training resources, or workflows that serious OSINT professionals believe are worth evaluating. Thank you in advance. I look forward to learning from the group and contributing where I can. Respectfully, Michael LoMonaco RE: Licensed PI Seeking Cutting-Edge OSINT Suggestions - Vagueness - Jun 23, 2026 10+ years doing private osint research and am haooy to assist and show you the ropes maybe even help with some investigations |
