Alright, let me explain what I mean a little better. I’m pretty sure a lot of you have been scrolling through social media and, for some reason, the algorithm keeps recommending — or practically forcing — a certain type of content onto your feed. Car content, girls, gardening, cooking, edits, random hobbies, etc.
Have any of you developed a new guilty pleasure or even a genuine interest because of the algorithm? Something it randomly showed you that somehow became part of your daily entertainment routine?
Personally, I keep getting videos about fatherhood and parenting stuff, which is honestly kind of funny considering I unfortunately don’t have a partner right now. But I do have that small dream of becoming a dad someday, so now I catch myself watching videos about how to properly handle the role of being a father. I’d say it definitely became a guilty pleasure of mine.
What about you guys? Do you have something similar? Something you just can’t stop watching or consuming anymore? I’m listening.
