I have found out that there is more than 400 breach on my email and I wanna opt out all the passwords or data at least

There is no "opt out" for data breaches. Once your data is leaked, it's leaked. Change your passwords, instead of trying to remove them from breaches. Also sign up for services like Incognito or DeleteMe to have your data removed by data brokers.

If your email has been leaked on 400+ databreaches I'd recommend creating a new email instead, change all your passwords and enable 2FA.
