There was a bug where some of the bumps weren't charging the Bytes fee.
This is now fixed (I hope).

Nice work. Observed this a few times and curious what the cause was (if known)? Seemed to come into existence randomly.

A bad IF statement which didn't include the alter_bytes() function.
