I've read books about malware and created my own samples. But I don't know how malware can be downloaded from Mail. Can anyone explain how embed it ?

some used to have a exploits on macro pdfs back in the days, but today I have no idea how they would do something like that, as far as I know there aint a exploit on pdfs no more, those who says they have are probably scammers.

Roberto beat me to it, but yeah, email attachments were used to great effect by ILoveYou, but not for years. Email providers and user education have basically eliminated this. Your information is highly dated.

it can beanything even FUD exploit you have to have a good live AV
