Lf a tool which will attempt logins on multiple sites from a list. Preferably open-source, gives few false positives, and intelligent enough to handle incorrect input

hahaha, you wont be able to do this with just a single tool.
This is called credential stuffing with openbullet or silverbullet.
They ingest "configs" which are usually paid and a rubric of how to mass spitfire accounts.
This is highly illegal and you are risking jail time.
