Dead by Daylight 5? - K4RM4 - Jul 15, 2026
Just curious if anyone had played DBD5? I’ve never really got into them, but my favorite band INK just teamed up with them with a song/ video.
Curious to see if it’s worth jumping into.

Heads up it’s just called dead by daylight, there is no 5. It just has 5 tally marks on the cover because it’s referencing the fact you have to repair 5 generators to escape in the game.
I haven’t played it in like a year I got burnt out but I use to really enjoy it. Will definitely come back to it eventually. A lot of bullshit though with changes they make to the game at times. Definitely give it a shot, takes some learning though with how everything exactly works. Definitely start with survivor for awhile before playing as killer.
Killers get bullied half the time by the survivors and honestly is rage inducing at times. Can be a lot of fun though when you get the hang of it.
My favorite killer to play as is “The Unknown” creepy bastard.

It's not my cup of tea, but it is still a pretty popular game. Just checked steam charts and there are 62k people on right now as well as with a peak of 170k this past month. Mind you it's on consoles as well so including those numbers, who knows.
