$HALT is a memecoin playing on the events from 2016 and 2021 that affected retail, deployed by the same key that saved retail during TheDAO.
It has 100% dev buy backs of tokens that get locked (20% locked, 40% Vitalik, 40% to EF) so essentially 100% locked - and anyone can claimFees() and trigger the buy back from the website.
