Can anyone suggest a reliable SMS marketing service in the U.S. that manages opt-in messaging and ensures compliance? Additionally, what are the most effective methods for creating a permission-based contact list?

We use a web Sms service for our campaigns, Check Xhdva

Personally I have a lot of experience with Telnyx. Very good throughput and the prices aren't too bad. Be prepared to go through the whole TCR 10DLC registration process, though.

It's a web Sms gateway, Just search Xhdva
