Revisions to the Blackhat Activity Policy - Binance - Aug 4, 2026

I appreciate the recent turn of "do stupid shit, get stupid consequences" which is valid for sure.

But there is a pretty serious crossover sometimes that should be worth calling out. Such as Initial Access Brokerage.

To my knowledge, HF doesn't support ransom, extortion or fraud which is an understanding take. But I think it would be worth calling out specific activities HF should gravitate from; things you'd normally only expect on cybercrime forums.

I can write a base if you like as a proposal, and you prune can edit it as you see fit.

I think you mean understandable there rather than understanding. It will be interesting to see other's opinions. I think what's outlined in the Help Documents is the first port of call.

Thanks.
Not that I'm calling for more restrictions, I just think initial access brokerage, selling someone elses' data, company data, sip trunking, phishing calls/vishing--there isn't much for discussion on this that can't be put in the Blackhat Training forum for discussing tech theory or for threat intelligence learners. But directly the marketplace seems rather dangerous, no?
