Hello , I can't open the notification panel anymore — it just keeps loading indefinitely. Is it a site bug?

Sometimes the websocket server either goes down or connection issues can prevent it from connecting for you.
Looks like it's resolved but next time raise awareness here so the Admin can fix it if there is a problem:
