Your projected bottom? BTC - Braco22 - Aug 8, 2026

Hello,

What's your projected BTC bottom and why?

I think as stocks follow the same price action around every midterm election, BTC/crypto tends to follow it as well. I do expect the absolute bottom to be formed around the midterm election (Nov 3, 2026). If Trump's Republican Party were to lose the midterms House only and not the majority in the Senate, then I do believe that the approximate bottom would be formed around the start of Q1 2027, but if Trump's party win the midterms I think the bottom will be formed around Nov/Dec 2026.

RE: Your projected bottom? BTC - Lowkey - Aug 8, 2026

Bitcoin will forever fluctuate, it's likely to never see $10,000 again - but no real reason exists that I can think of other than that's a really low number and only checks notes seems unrealistic?

Side note: It never hurts to go outside.

40-50k, around that range

Hard to tell. Since BTC is fundmentally driven, the data has to present itself and show BTC wants to go higher.

Until then, set alerts, live your life. Crypto is going to do what it does regardless.

I have a few K buy orders set at $30-40k range.

Interesting, I view Republications losing as volatile in the first month, then bullish over the next 3-18 months.

But the price of BTC is also moved by a lot of stuff not directly related to the elections.
