Can the Middleman service be used based on specific conditions?
For example, not releasing payment until Person A completes the work, and then paying once the work is fully done.
Could I send the money to the Middleman, and if Person A gives up without completing all the work, get my money refunded, but if Person A completes the work, have the money sent to them?
Also, if this is possible, for how many days does the Middleman handle the mediation? If it ends up taking a month, will the process still go smoothly?

I assume this is where a contract would be put in place right.
