6. Wait for the payment details to be confirmed inside the contract.

7. Submit payment using the confirmed asset, network, or approved payment service.

8. Once payment is confirmed, your single-use subscription key will be delivered through private contract or DM.

Only send the requested cryptocurrency using the specified wallet address and network.

Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle payments must be approved before payment is sent.

Never send anyone your Portal password.

🔑 Redeeming Your Key

1. Sign in to the GivvyDiddy Portal.

2. Open Subscription from the navigation menu.

3. Paste your key into the Subscription Key field.

4. Click Redeem Key.

5. Confirm that your plan and phone limit are displayed correctly.

Subscription keys are single-use. Once redeemed, the license is attached to that Portal account.

Standard subscription keys may be redeemed early. Additional subscription time is scheduled after your existing access instead of replacing unused time.

🛡️ Refund and Replacement Policy

Digital subscription-key purchases are generally final after redemption.

A refund or replacement may be provided when:

✅ Payment was received but no valid key was delivered.

✅ An unredeemed key supplied by us is invalid, expired, or revoked.

✅ The delivered key does not match the confirmed contract.

✅ A duplicate payment was made for the same contract.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

❌ Redeemed subscription or Founder keys

❌ Unused subscription time

❌ Different-than-expected earnings or prize results

❌ Customer hardware, internet, account, or configuration issues

❌ Third-party account restrictions, suspensions, or platform changes

❌ Cryptocurrency sent using the wrong asset, wallet address, or network

❌ Payments sent before the payment method and instructions were confirmed in the contract

If an unredeemed key is lost, open or update your contract with proof of purchase. The original key can be revoked and replaced.

Any approved refund will be documented and completed through the associated contract.
