The service in question are virtual goods so it's harder for people to chargeback generally than a physical good. Many users are repeat customers so chargebacks are low as I build a good reputation and trust with the user. However in the case there is the odd asshole who chargebacks it'll have to be on me and I will refund out of my own pocket if it's already been withdrawn
