I don't think there are any public methods for bypassing it.
I think for most stuff of this nature without private exploits or leaked certificates you need to sign the file with a valid cert to get Windows to think it's chill.

use Chaining Bypass (CAB + TAR + 7-Zip) or CVE-2026-58052

Mark-of-the-Web (MotW) is a better option.

Okay, yeah, add MotW to a file BEFORE you try to spread, then when Chrome or whatever tries to apply it again, the operation cancels out the previous one, leaving an unblocked file. 😛
