The Witcher 3 Remaster & New DLC - Undead - Sep 16, 2026
I think The Witcher 3 is one of the best RPGs of all time. They're releasing a new DLC next year as well as a remaster of the original game which will be a free upgrade later this month
Anyone else excited for the new DLC and remaster?

I've heard from many people that this DLC has a lot of bugs, and I don't want to break the game

The Witcher 3 is absolute peak gaming. Even after all these years, the storytelling and world design hold up incredibly well compared to newer releases. Any excuse to jump back into a replay is always welcome, so hearing about updates or potential new DLC optimization is great news. Definitely a classic that never gets old.

The DLC hasn't even been released yet so not sure where you've been hearing that. Its coming out next year.

Wasn't able to complete the first game back in the day, although I still remember the dice game song hehe. Seems like a nice time to try it.

I still haven't ever played The Witcher 3. I planned to for a long time and as more time went on, I just figured they'd do a remaster and that's when I'd finally give it a try. Thankfully that is what they ended up doing and so sometime before that next DLC drops, I'll definitely be getting a nice thorough playthrough completed. I have no doubt in my mind that I'll very much enjoy it. Then I'll have the DLC to look forward to as well as after the The Witcher 4.
