How do I use Tor to VPN - its1988andwearefree - Sep 25, 2026
To be clear, I'm not asking for "Connecting to VPN and then connecting to the guard node."
I'm asking for "Connecting to Tor and then afterward connecting to a VPN from the exit node."

Just use Whonix Gateway, it will act as a bridge and route all traffic through ToR Network, and you can have any additional VPN connection on either side.

You can't. A VPN won't connect over a proxy. You would need a VPN with Tor servers.

A simpler option is to use Tails, but Whonix is way more locked down and secure.

Look, since we're already poking at the subject... I cooked up a little vpn to tunnel everything through Tor. If there's enough interest for it i might just open source it.

Looks very nice interesting and the GUI looks awesome. Hopefully i can get to use it whenever you release it. Best of luck.
