Community Convo Back - Now running on HF API - xoxo - Oct 8, 2026
Relaunch of the temporary community convo, now running on HF API v2!

Simply sign in trough HackForums and enjoy the original look and feel of HF Convo now with:

i like it, would love to see a few more users and a bit promotion on the site, shows what users can build with the api and furthermore shows that the users still deeply care about the forum.

Thanks for taking the time to put this together. Omni already has Chatwee set up of course, but it doesn’t hurt to have an alternative. It’s just nice having anything while we wait for the official convo return.

I think it's a wasted effort. Seems more like an attempt to prove something. Will be useless once HF Convo returns. @op@ is intentionally pushing my buttons with this nonsense.

Because I have the notify hook commented out and that processed the mention tags. I'll fix shortly. I've been working on dozens of things this morning.

Truly this convo is better than the OG, especially UX. It's extremely sad to see it not get adopted, same thing with Convo App from earlier this year.
Makes you wonder what's in the way of greatness for HF.

Every member that comes in tells us this is better than OG within their first 5 minutes, the flip stuff is irrelevant to having OG convo look and feel around.
