Would you rather have the ability to pause time for one hour daily or rewind time by - Yanix - Oct 14, 2026 I'd probably go with rewinding time by ten minutes. There have been times when I've said something out of frustration, especially after a long and stressful day and ended up regretting it a few minutes later. Sometimes I wish I could just take those words back and handle things a little better. It would also be nice to fix those small mistakes we make every day before they turn into bigger problems. I know ten minutes doesn't sound like much, but sometimes that's all you need to make a better decision. Pausing time for an hour sounds great too, but I think being able to undo something I regret would mean more to me. What about you, which one would you choose and what would you use it for? RE: Would you rather have the ability to pause time for one hour daily or rewind time by - Deany - Oct 14, 2026 I could do some crazy things with time being paused RE: Would you rather have the ability to pause time for one hour daily or rewind time by - Hern - Oct 15, 2026 Sounds like that one movie "click" where he has a remote and can pause time or rewind. I would rewind for sure. I can easily avoid any mistakes then or even stop entire large issues from happening if I know they are coming. RE: Would you rather have the ability to pause time for one hour daily or rewind time by - Pimping - Oct 16, 2026 Honestly id get a lot more stuff done by pausing an hour a day so i gotta go with that RE: Would you rather have the ability to pause time for one hour daily or rewind time by - Yanix - Oct 16, 2026 (Oct 16, 2026 08:02 PM)Pimping Wrote: Honestly id get a lot more stuff done by pausing an hour a day Oh yeah, having an extra hour every day would make a huge difference, especially when there's so much to get done. RE: Would you rather have the ability to pause time for one hour daily or rewind time by - DryNode - Oct 16, 2026 pause 100%, about to pull the most inhumane pranks of all time. Lmao, that's sounds so naughty. Giving you the power to pause time sounds like a dangerous idea. Lmao, you've really thought this through! π€£ I feel sorry for whoever becomes your first victim. RE: Would you rather have the ability to pause time for one hour daily or rewind time by - Th3HulK - Oct 17, 2026 Rewind, easily. Ten minutes is enough to catch most of the dumb stuff I do. Pausing time is cool, but it doesn't fix anything, you just delay it. Being able to rewind means you actually change the outcome instead of sitting there thinking about it. Plus, if we're being honest, pausing time for an hour a day would probably just turn into an extra hour of sleep or doomscrolling. Rewinding at least forces you to learn from the mistake you just made. Being able to fix a mistake right away is definitely more useful than just having extra time, especially when one small decision can change everything. And honestly, the pressure of knowing you can't rewind is part of what makes you think before you act. If I had a daily hour to pause, I'd probably just procrastinate moreπ. Ten minutes is enough Sometimes having too much extra time just makes us lazier. Those ten minutes could really save us from a lot of regrets. π RE: Would you rather have the ability to pause time for one hour daily or rewind time by - Th3HulK - Oct 17, 2026 (Oct 17, 2026 08:18 AM)Yanix Wrote: Sometimes having too much extra time just makes us lazier. Pausing feels more useful to me, since an hour of quiet is enough to actually think a reply through instead of blurting it out. Though if the rewind keeps your memory of the mistake, that's basically free practice, which is hard to beat. |
