I want to hack other clients in coffee shops with unprotected WiFi connections, looking for tutorials that can help with setting up a Man-in-the-middle attack. Preferably beginner friendly because I'm not an expert in the field

Beginner friendly and portable, you can set up an evil twin on a cyd esp32 or an esp32 c5, flash either with Hale Hound use the html pages already pre installed or make your own custom ones and put them on the SD card.

That's a lot of words I don't understand - shouldn't I start with boot-up Kali then portscan connected devices on the network or however it works. Sorry this is hacking 101 and I haven't searched enough to find a step-by-step guide
